1 कोशिका क्या है? by RAS A2Z

कोशिका (Cell) जीवों की संरचनात्मक एवं क्रियात्मक इकाई है।

अर्थात् जीव का शरीर कोशिकाओं से बना होता है और जीवन की प्रमुख क्रियाएँ कोशिका के भीतर या कोशिकाओं द्वारा संपन्न होती हैं।

रॉबर्ट हुक (Robert Hooke)

1665 ई. में रॉबर्ट हुक ने कॉर्क की पतली काट को सूक्ष्मदर्शी से देखा। उन्हें छोटे-छोटे कोष्ठ दिखाई दिए, जिन्हें उन्होंने Cell नाम दिया।

📌 महत्वपूर्ण

हुक ने मुख्यतः मृत कोशिकाओं की कोशिका भित्ति के अवशेष देखे थे।

एंटोनी वॉन ल्यूवेनहॉक (Antonie van Leeuwenhoek)

उन्होंने जीवित कोशिकाओं तथा सूक्ष्मजीवों का अवलोकन किया।

इसलिए उन्हें सूक्ष्मजीव विज्ञान के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है।

3 कोशिका सिद्धांत (Cell Theory) by RAS A2Z

1838 में मैथियास श्लाइडेन (Matthias Schleiden) ने बताया कि पौधे कोशिकाओं से बने हैं।

1839 में थियोडोर श्वान (Theodor Schwann) ने बताया कि जन्तु भी कोशिकाओं से बने हैं।

बाद में रुडोल्फ विरखो (Rudolf Virchow) ने 1855 में कोशिका सिद्धांत को आगे बढ़ाते हुए कहा—

"नई कोशिका पूर्ववर्ती कोशिका से उत्पन्न होती है।"

आधुनिक कोशिका सिद्धांत

  1. सभी जीव कोशिकाओं से बने होते हैं।
  2. कोशिका जीवन की मूल संरचनात्मक एवं क्रियात्मक इकाई हैं।
  3. नई कोशिकाएँ पूर्ववर्ती कोशिकाओं से बनती हैं।
  4. कोशिकाओं में आनुवंशिक सूचना होती है।
  5. ऊर्जा का प्रवाह कोशिकाओं के भीतर होता है।
  6. सभी कोशिकाओं की मूलभूत रासायनिक संरचना में अनेक समानताएँ होती हैं।

कोशिका झिल्ली कोशिका की बाहरी सीमा बनाती है और कोशिका के अंदर तथा बाहर पदार्थों के आवागमन को नियंत्रित करती है।

इसका प्रमुख संरचनात्मक आधार है—

इसके साथ प्रोटीन तथा अन्य अणु पाए जाते हैं।

10 द्रव मोज़ेक मॉडल (Fluid Mosaic Model) by RAS A2Z

सिंगर और निकोल्सन (Singer and Nicolson) ने 1972 में द्रव मोज़ेक मॉडल प्रस्तुत किया।

इसके अनुसार कोशिका झिल्ली में—

का संगठन होता है।

झिल्ली के घटक गतिशील होते हैं, इसलिए इसे द्रव कहा जाता है।

अणुओं का उच्च सांद्रता वाले क्षेत्र से निम्न सांद्रता वाले क्षेत्र की ओर स्वतः जाना विसरण है।

इसमें कोशिका द्वारा ATP खर्च नहीं किया जाता।

ऑक्सीजन और कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड का कोशिका झिल्ली से विसरण।

14 परासरण (Osmosis) by RAS A2Z

अर्धपारगम्य झिल्ली के माध्यम से जल के अणुओं का अधिक जल-सांद्रता वाले क्षेत्र से कम जल-सांद्रता वाले क्षेत्र की ओर जाना परासरण कहलाता है।

बाहर विलेय सांद्रता अधिक।

16 प्लाज्मोलाइसिस (Plasmolysis) by RAS A2Z

जब पादप कोशिका को अतिपरासारी विलयन में रखा जाता है तो जल कोशिका से बाहर निकल जाता है और कोशिका झिल्ली कोशिका भित्ति से अंदर की ओर सिकुड़ने लगती है।

इसे प्लाज्मोलाइसिस कहते हैं।

एंडोसाइटोसिस (Endocytosis)

कोशिका बाहरी पदार्थ को झिल्ली के अंदर लेकर आती है।

इसके प्रकार:

कोशिका के अंदर के पदार्थ का वेसिकल द्वारा बाहर निकलना।

The cell is the structural and functional unit of living organisms.

That is, the body of an organism is made up of cells, and the major life activities are carried out inside or by the cells.

In 1665, Robert Hooke observed a thin slice of cork under a microscope. He saw small compartments, which he named "Cells."

Hooke mainly observed the remnants of the cell walls of dead cells.

Antonie van Leeuwenhoek

He observed living cells and microorganisms.

Therefore, he is considered important in the development of microbiology.

3 Cell Theory by RAS A2Z

In 1838, Matthias Schleiden stated that plants are made up of cells.

In 1839, Theodor Schwann stated that animals are also made up of cells.

Later, Rudolf Virchow in 1855 advanced the cell theory by stating—

"New cells arise from pre-existing cells."

The movement of water molecules through a semipermeable membrane from a region of higher water concentration to a region of lower water concentration is called osmosis.

Hypotonic

Solute concentration outside is lower.

Water can enter the cell.

When a plant cell is placed in a hypertonic solution, water moves out of the cell and the plasma membrane begins to shrink inward, away from the cell wall.

This is called plasmolysis.
